— Mrs. Anna Loewen, of Lehigh, mother of Mrs. P. F. Unruh and J. B. Loewen of Newton, died Tuesday at the Bethesda hospital in Goessel, at 12 P. M. She reached the age of 83 years and 10 months. Other children surviving are Mrs. John Ewert, Mrs. Pete stubby, Lehigh; Mrs. H. J. Reimer, Canton; and Frieda of the home. Mrs. Ernest Wyand of Canton preceded her in death. The funeral will be held Sunday, Jan. 25, at the First Mennonite church in Lehigh, at 2 P. M. Rev. B. H. Janzen and Rev. P. H. Unruh will conduct the service. Death was caused by cancer, complicated by pneumonia.
