Am 11. Juni in Philadelphia entschlief in dem Herrn, nach schwerem und langem Leiden, Schwester Amanda, Eheweib von Br. Mahlon S. Taylor, im Alter von 33 Jahren, 3 Monaten und 26 Tagen. Am 13. Juni wurde in Philadelphia Leichengottesdienst gehalten über Heb. 4, 9. und am 14. Juni fand die Beerdigung beim Quäkertown statt. Text 1 Chron. 30, 15. A. E. Funk predigte beim Leichengottesdienste.
