— Funeral services for Herman Stark, who passed away at his home east of Newton Saturday, were held at the First Mennonite church Tuesday forenoon and were attended by a large number of sorrowing friends and relatives. Mr. Stark had been ill for some time, and his death was not entirely unexpected. The services were in charge of Rev. J. E. Entz, pastor of the Mennonite church.
