Shive. – Am 9. März 1896 in Quakertown, Pa., Tobias Shive im Alter von 82 Jahren, 2 Monaten und 29 Tagen. Den 12. fand dessen Beerdigung auf dem Flatland Mennoniten Gottesacker statt, bei welcher Gelegenheit A. B. Schelly über den von dem Verewigten selbst gewählten Text: Joh. 3, 16, in englischer Sprache predigte.
