— The death of J. G. Kliewer occurred early Sunday morning July 4, at the Halstead hospital where he had been taken a few days before for treatment. The funeral service was held at 1 o’clock p. m. to day from the home conducted by Rev. H. P. Krehbiel. Interment was made in Hoffnungsau cemetery after a short service at the church. — Burrton Graphic."
