Graves. – Den 19. Juli bei Hinton, Okla., das erstgeborne Söhnlein der Geschw. Jakob E. und Katharina F. Graves, im Alter von 15 Tagen. Da die Mutter des Kindes nicht zur Kirche fahren konnte, wurde die Leichenfeier unter großer Teilnahme im Trauerhause gehalten, wo Bernhard Wiebe über 1. Sam. 3, 18 Worte des Trostes redete.

On July 19 near Hinton, Okla., the first-born son of brother and sister Jakob E. and Katharina F. Graves, age 15 days. Since the mother of the child was unable to travel to the church, the funeral was held at the home with large numbers attending. Bernhard Wiebe gave words of comfort from I Sam. 3:18.
