J. O. Spencer

J. O. Spencer, aged 51 years died at his home, 900 Old Main street, Friday evening at nine o'clock as the result of a lingering illness, which had been acute since July. The funeral service will be held at the First Presbyterian church Monday afternoon at 2:30 with Rev. F. E. Black in charge of the service. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery under the direction of Duff and son.

Mr. Spencer had been a resident of Harvey county for nineteen years, ten years of the time being in the dairy business at the present address. He and Mrs. Spencer have been identified with the activities of the community and have many friends who will regret sincerely that the home circle has been broken.

Mrs. Spencer will have the comfort of their three sons and three daughters and of many friends in the hour of her bereavement.

Friends may see Mr. Spencer at the home Sunday afternoon and evening.
