A few days after the close of school, Henry M. Regier, a member of the Academy Senior class, fell ill of the influenza at his home near Whitewater. Complications soon set in and the disease developed into pneumonia to which he succumbed on December 17, after an illness of not quite a week. Funeral services were held on Dember 22, on which occasion President Kliewer preached. The loss is one that will be keenly felt by the students and the Faculty of Bethel College and our deepest sympathy goes out to the family, bereaved of a member in the prime of young manhood.
