LOCAL NEWS

— John W. Krehbiel, widely known as one of the pioneer millers of Moundridge, died early last Friday morning at the Bethel Home for Aged, where he had been a resident for a number of years. Now in his 78th year, he was in feeble health for some time and bedfast for the past weeks. He is survived by his son Nelson, who some years ago took over the management of the Moundridge Milling Co., and a daughter, Celia, Mrs. Orlando Goerz of California. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the West Zion church in Moundridge.
