— Funeral services for Jacob Friesen, one of the oldest residents of the Goessel community, were held last Wednesday afternoon at the Alexanderwohl church. Addresses were given by Rev. C. C. Wedel, Rev. P. H. Unruh, and closing remarks by Rev. J. J. Banman. The deceased is survived by one son and three daughters.
