Jacob Flikinger, 79, died Sunday at the home of his daughter Mrs. A. C. Krehbiel at Hutchinson, and funeral services were held at the Pretty Prairie Mennonite church on Tuesday, Aug. 21, with interment in the church cemetery.

Mr. Flikinger was born Feb. 21, 1849 at Horodischt, Vohlinian, Russia. He came to America in 1874, setteling [''sic''] at Marion, S. D. He came to Reno County in 1884, later moving to Kingman County. He married Miss Elizabeth Graber in 1866 and she died a few years later. I n1890 he married Miss Fannie Sutter.

He is survived by five daughters and three sons: Mrs. G. C. Voth, Elyria; Mrs. C. C. Fairchild, Cheney; Mrs. A. C. Krehbiel, Hutchinson; Miss Anna and Miss Elsie Flickinger, Hutchinson; E. Jacob Flikinger

Jacob Flikinger, 79, died Sunday at the home of his daughter Mrs. A. C. Krehbiel at Hutchinson, and funeral services were held at the Pretty Prairie Mennonite church on Tuesday, Aug. 21, with interment in the church cemetery.

Mr. Flikinger was born Feb. 21, 1849 at Horodischt, Vohlinian, Russia. He came to America in 1874, setteling [sic] at Marion, S. D. He came to Reno County in 1884, later moving to Kingman County.
