— Rev. J. J. Ratzlaff reports that his wife's uncle, C. E. Koehn, Goltry Okla., has died at the age of 87 years. The funeral is to be Friday afternoon. Mr. and mrs. Ratzlaff are intending to go for the funeral. Mrs. John Decker of Moundridge, Kansas, a sister of the deceased and mother of Mrs. Ratzlaff, is planning to go with them, in spite of her 91 years. The review extends sympathy to the bereaved.

Cornelius Koehn, son of Ernest and Lena Koehn, was born July 17, 1854, in Poland, Russia.
In the year 1874 he immigrated to Kansas and from there went to Iowa for some time and then back to Kansas again, where he was baptized in 1876.
In 1879 he was united in marriage to Miss Katherine Ratzlaff in McPherson county, Kans., in the Canton church, now called the Immanuel church.
To this union 15 children were born — nine daughters and six sons of which three preceded him in death, two in infancy and Abraham at the age of 52 years.
In 1901 he moved to Oklahoma and settled on a farm two miles east of Goltry where he remained until his death.
Mr. Koehn, together with Tob Becker, Jacob Johnson and Mr. Luginbill, were the first who organized the Mennonite church at Goltry 33 years ago.
