LOCAL NEWS

Friends here have received word of the death of two well-known persons of the Mennonite community at Pretty Prairie, Mrs. Peter H. Graber and the aged Andrew Schwartz, one of the pioneers of that settlement. Mrs. Graber passed away Wednesday night after a lingering illness. Funeral services were held during a severe snowstorm Saturday afternoon.
