Mrs. Gerbrandt, nee Kilassen, was born May 31, 1897, in Russia. She came to Canada with her parents in 1904 and lived in ManitQba for a year. From there ,they moved to the Heribert, Saskatchewan district in 1905. Alt It:he age of 15, she accepted Christ as her personaJl Saviour and was baptized! upon her faith and accepted into the Mennonite Brethren church the same year. On October 7,1917, she was united in marriage to Cornelius Gerbrandt. She enjoyed good health tiH 1942. Funeral services for Mrs. Susan Gerbrandt were held in the Herbert (Sask.) Mennonite Brethren Church on April 9. Rev. Herman Voth spoke on Revelation 14:13.

Mrs. Gerbrandt, nee Kilassen, was born May 31, 1897, in Russia. She came to Canada with her parents in 1904 and lived in Manitoba for a year. From there, they moved to the Herbert, Saskatchewan district in 1905.

At the age of 15, she accepted Christ as her personal Saviour and was baptized upon her faith and accepted into the Mennonite Brethren church the same year.
