WALTER M. FLY
Walter M. Fly, son of Jospeh and Estella (Metzger) Fly, was born at Telford, Pa. on May 10, 1915, and passed away suddenly of a heart attack while preparing to attend church services Sept. 24 [sic Sept. 23], 1962, age 47 years.
Stricken with polio at the age of two, Walter was severely crippled for life. After the death of our mother 19 years ago, he made his home with his brother Harold Fly, and sister-in-law Mary. Although his understanding was limited, he accepted Christ as Saviour and untied with the Finland Mennonite Church at the age of 19, and lived a devoted Christian life.
