She was born Oct. 25, 1896, at Hesston, the daughter of Herman and Helena Wolfe Schilling. A longtime Hesston resident, living in Moundridge for the past three years, she was a retired farmer and worked as a housekeeper.
She was a member of First Mennonite Church of Christian, Moundridge.
Funeral service was at 2:30 p. m. Nov. 14 at First Mennonite Church of Christian with the Rev. James Gingerich presiding. Burial was ini the church cemetery.
Memorials may be sent to the church.

Selma M. Schilling, 98, a retired farmer and housekeeper and a lifetime Hesston resident, died Nov. 12 at Mercy Hospital in Moundridge. Services were held at First Mennonite Church of Christian in Moundridge. There are no immediate survivors.

HESSTON—Selma M. Schilling, 98, died Nov. 12, 1994, at Mercy Hospital, Moundridge.

She was born Oct. 25, 1896, at Hesston, the daughter of Herman and Helena Wolfe Schilling. A longtime Hesston resident, living in Moundridge for the past three years, she was a retired farmer and worked as a housekeeper.

She was a member of First Mennonite Church of Christian, Moundridge.

Funeral will be at 2:30 p. m. today at the church, with the Rev. James Gingerich presiding. Friends may call from 1:30 to 2:30 p. m. today at the church. Burial will be in the First Mennonite Church Cemetery, Moundridge. Petersen Funeral Home, Newton, is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be sent to the church in care of the church.
