+ | — Funeral services were held Saturday forenoon at Volkland Chapel in Hutchinson for Peter H. Boese, 81, pioneer Mennonite immigrant and a resident of Hutchinson the past 32 years. He died May 29 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital there after being ill two years. He was born July 4, 1876, on a ship en route to the United States, and was a retired carpenter. Survivors include four sons, five daughters, two sisters and one brother. A sister, Mrs. H. C. Wedel, resided at Goessel. |
