They moved to the Herbert district later and farmed there until 1933, with the exception of three years during which they lived at Orland, Calif. After a short stay in Alberta they moved to B.C. in 1934 where they had farms at Abbotsford and Dewdney. Following retirement in 1949 they moved to Aldergrove district where they lived until his wife's death in 1965. They had shared joys and sorrows for 56 years,

David H. Neufeld was born in StavropeL Russia, on July 1, 1884, to Mr. and Mrs. Henry Neufeld. He accepted the Lord as his Saviour in early youth and was baptized when he was 18 years of age.
