Morton, Ill. — Joseph P. Roth, 91, who farmed in Tazewell county throughout his life, passed away at his home here Saturday morning. Nov. 26, about an hour after he fell backward down a stairway, striking his head on a radiator. Cause of death was not immediately determined.

Funeral services were announced for Tuesday afternoon at the Morton Mennonite church, where he was a member.

He leaves a daughter, three sons, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

RETIRED FARMER DIES FOLLOWING FALL AT HIS HOME

Morton, Ill. — Joseph P. Roth, 91, who farmed in Tazewell county throughout his life, passed away at his home here Saturday morning. Nov. 26, about an hour after he fell backward down a stairway, striking his head on a radiator. Cause of death was not immediately determined.

Funeral services were announced for Tuesday afternoon at the Morton Mennonite church, where he was a member.

He leaves a daughter, three sons, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
