Mrs. Jonas Kaufman

Mrs. Jonas Kaufman, formerly of Pretty Prairie, who for the past six years has been living on a farm near Freeman, S. D., died at a hospital in Sioux Valley, S. D., from tetanus, as a result of stepping on a nail.

She was a graduate of Freeman Academy, and taught school for five years. She was married to Jonas Kaufman at Pretty Prairie in 1917. The husband and four children survive. Mrs. Kaufman was formerly Anna Graber. — H. News.
