Mother Wedel, maiden name Elizabeth Unruh, was born January 6, 1863 in Russia. In the year 1973 [''sic'' 1873] she came to this country settling first near Newton, Kansas, and one year later moved with her parents to Pawnee Rock, Kansas. In the year 1891 she accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Saviour and on the 10th of April of this year was baptized upon her confession of faith in Jesus. On the 3rd of May 1883 she was united in Hooly Matrimony with jacob P. Wedel

Mrs. J. P. Wedel

Mother Wedel, maiden name Elizabeth Unruh, was born January 6, 1863 in Russia. In the year 1973 [sic 1873] she came to this country settling first near Newton, Kansas, and one year later moved with her parents to Pawnee Rock, Kansas. In the year 1891 she accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Saviour and on the 10th of April of this year was baptized upon her confession of faith in Jesus. On the 3rd of May 1883 she was united in Hooly Matrimony with jacob P. Wedel
