PROMINENT RETIRED FARMER OF PAWNEE CO., KAN. DIES AT AGE 92
Larned, Kan. — Funeral services for Aaron W. Zook, 92, prominent Pawnee County retired farmer and a resident of this community for 73 years, were held June 23 at the Vernon Chapel in Larned. Rev. C. E. King officiated.
Mr. Zook died Sunday evening in a rest home here. A native of Tazwell [sic Tazewell] County, Ill., he came here at an early age with his parents and the town of Zook was named for his father, John B. Zook. He was a former Pawnee County Commissioner.
