AGANETHA ZACHARIAS

Mrs. Aganetha Zacharias, late of 2781 Centennial Street, Clearbrook, B.C., passed away in the MSA General Hospital, June 17. Mrs. Zacharias was born in Russia in 1897. She came to Canada 10 years ago and had been in this district for one year.

Surviving are her husband Johann; four sons - John, Vancouver; Peter, Abbotsford, Jake, Vancouver and Henry at home; five daughters, Mrs. Corny (Aganetha) Fedrau, Mrs. H. (Mary) Fleming, Mrs. H. (Louise) Giesbrecht, Mrs. G. (Tina) Walde and Mrs. J. (Helen) Penner, all in Vancouver; 29 grandchildren; one brother, H. Giesbrecht, Clearbrook; three brothers and one sister in Russia. Funeral services were held from the MB Church Clearbrook, with Rev. H. G. Thielman, officiating. Interment was in the Mennonite section of Hazelwood cemetery.
