Indiana Contractor Suffers Fatal Attack

Goshen, Ind. — Danny L. Yutzy, 46, well-known building contractor of Middlebury, suffered a fatal heart attack at his home there the morning of Jan. 19.

Mr. Yutzy was president of the Yutzy construction Co. of Middlebury and vice-president of Concord Builders, Elkhart. His firm had constructed a number of buildings in the Elkhart County area, including churches and other larger structures.

A native of Arthur, Ill. he had lived in the Middlebury community most of his life. Surviving are his wife, the former Rose Weirich, three children and one sister, Mrs. Esther Burkholder of Lagrange.

Funeral services were held Jan. 22 at the Warren Street Mennonite Church, of which he was a member.
