Building Contractor Killed in Crash

Sugarcreek, Ohio. — Over 900 persons attended funeral services in the new Sharon Conservative Mennonite Church on Sunday, Dec. 6, for Noah M. Yoder, 29-year-old building contractor who suffered fatal injuries in a highway crash.

The young businessman was the builder of the new church, and his funeral was the first conducted there. He was the owner of Sugarcreek Builders of Shanesville.

Officers reported that Yoder's panel truck went off the right side of the pavement and then veered back into the path of an oncoming car. A New Philadelphia couple in the car were seriously hurt.

Mr. Yoder leaves his wife, the former Emma Beachy, and five small children of the home.
