— At Berne, Ind., John Yoder, 76 year old farmer was called away in death suddenly and unexpectedly Saturday afternoon, August 31, evidently from heart attack. He was a member of the Defenseless Mennonite church, where funeral services were conducted by rev. N.J. Smucker.
