Dover, Del. — Funeral services were held in this Amish community Thursday, Dec. 2, for Jacob M. Yoder, 20, who was instantly killed on Nov. 29 while he, his father and brothers were shredding corn.

Seeing that the belt had come off the shredder, Jacob jumped from the wagon but was caught in the belt and pulled into the engine. His left leg was torn off below the knee and his skull fractured. Death was almost instantaneous.

Jacob was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mose C. Yoder. He is survived by his grief-stricken parent sand two brothers and two sisters.
