HARVEY J. YODER

Harvey J. Yoder was born Sept. 30, 1882, near Topeka, Ind. to Mr. and Mrs. Jonas Yoder and passed away at a Nampa, Idaho nursing home on Nov. 26, 1957,at the age of 75.

He joined the Mennonite church when a young man and was a life-long member. He came to Idaho in 1905 and to Nampa in 1908. He farmed near Melba for more than forty years.

He was married to Anna Ulrich at Lebanon, Ore. on March 24, 1915. For 11 years he was a director of Bennett School and for 18 years was a teacher and Sunday School superintendent at the Bowmont church.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Anna Yoder of 804 Ninth Ave. So., Nampa; three brothers, Perry, Jonas and Clyde Yoder, all of Topeka, Ind.; five sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Hostetler and Miss Edna Yoder of Goshen, Ind., Mrs. Kathryn Greenwalt, Mrs. Alice Oesch, and Mrs. Polly Kemp, all of Topeka, Ind.

Interment was made at Kohlerlawn Cemetery, Nampa.
