SERVICES IN INDIANA FOR CALIFORNIA TEACHER, LECTURER
Shipshewana, Ind. — Funeral services were held at the Emma Mennonite church near here on March 21 for Dr. Albert H. Yoder, 79, whose death occurred at Berkeley, Calif. on the 17th.
A native of LaGrange county, he married Nellie Atwater in 1891. Around 1907 he moved to California and was a teacher and school administrator for 30 years. More recently he had been associated with a Christian institute at Oakland as teacher and lecturer.
He is survived by a brother, J. S. Yoder of Topeka, and two sisters, Mrs. O. S. Hostetler of Emma and Mrs. Holly J. Bontrager of Shipshewana.
