— Abrahma E. Wiens, 62, brother of Mrs. P. F. Nechtigal [sic Nachtigal] of Newton, died Saturday at the Meade County hospital. A native of the Inman community, he had lived at Meade for 25 years. Funeral services were conducted Monday forenoon at the St. Mary's church in Meade.

ABRAHAM E. WIENS

Abraham E. Wiens was born on March 30, 1897, at Inman, Kan. and passed away Jan. 30, 1960 at Meade, Kansas.

He was married to Margaret Hiebert on May 9, 1920, establishing their home in Inman where they resided until 1927. They moved to Meade, where he passed away.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Margaret; one daughter, Mrs. Matilda Pleasant of Prosser, Wash.; one son, Raymond Roy, of Meade; nine grandchildren, three brothers, three sisters, nieces and nephews. One daughter preceded him in death.

Funeral services were held at Meade on Monday, Feb. 1, with burial at the Meade cemetery.
