YOUTH KILLED, TWO COMPANIONS INJURED IN TRUCK ACCIDENT

Berlin, Ohio. — Harold Wengerd, 23, son of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Wengerd, was fatally injured Nov. 15 when the large lime truck he was driving left the road south of Baltic, struck a large rock and overturned. He passed away early Thursday morning at the Coshocton hospital

His two companions, Elva B. Miller and Katie A. Troyer, were both injured and were taken to the same hospital, but are recovering.

Funeral services for Harold, a member of the Martins Creek Mennonite church, took place at the Walnut Creek church Sunday afternoon. Besides his parents, he leaves two brothers and two sisters, and the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Hamsher of Walnut Creek.
