KILLED WHILE HUNTING
Pandora, O., Dec. 1. — Alvan, oldest son of Andrew Welty, of Sonnenberg, Wayne County, lost his life Monday evening about 5 o'clock by an accidental discharge of his gun while hunting in their orchard.
Mr. Welty is survived by a deeply bereaved wife and a two months' old child.
Mrs. C. J. Basinger, Mrs. D. C. Steiner and Rev. A. D. Welty, of Lima, left Wednesday morning to attend the funeral which was he3ld that afternoon. — Pandora Times.
