MRS. LYDIA WEBER

Funeral services for Mrs. Lydia Weber were held at the North Main Mennonite church, Nappanee, Ind., on Friday afternoon, Jan. 23, Rev. J. N. Smucker of Bluffton, Ohio, officiating and assisted by Rev. Homer North of the local church. Burial was in the Union Center cemetery.

Mrs. Weber died Jan. 20 at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Russell Lantz, of Bluffton, following a long illness. She was born north of Wakarusa, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel A. Lehman and was united in marriage to Frank J. Weber of Nappanee on June 17, 1902. Mr. Weber passed away in May, 1941. Employed at the Nappanee Telephone company as an operator, Mrs. Weber was forced to leave her work because of illness and she was then taken to the home of the daughter in Ohio for treatment.

Surviving besides the daughter mentioned is another daughter, Mrs. Ruth Woods, Payne, Ohio, a son, Ralph Weber, of Oakland, Calif., one brother, David F. Lehman, of Alpha, Minn., and one sister, Mrs. Soloma Heestand, of North Manchester, Ind.
