TWO AGED RESIDENTS CALLED BY DEATH

Goshen, Ind.—Mrs. Peter (Sarah Jane) Weaver, 81, of Wakarusa died Dec. 11 at the home of her dauhgter [sic], Mrs. Arthur Lehman, Wakarusa. Funeral services were held at the Yellow Creek Mennonite church, of which she had been a member for 59 years.

On the same day, Mrs. Daniel W. (Ann) Wenger, 89 died at her home on Route 4, Elkhart. Funeral services were held Dec. 14 at the Olive Mennonite church where she had been a member for 43 years.

WAKARUSA, INDIANA

Mrs. Peter Weaver, 81, of Wakarusa, died Friday morning, Dec. 11, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Arthur Lehman, following a stroke. Mr. Weaver preceded his wife in death. She is survived by four sons, Oscar of Wakarusa, Albert of Elkhart, and Norman and Paul of Gulliver, Mich., and one daughter, Mrs. Lehman. Funeral services were held on Sunday afternoon at the Yellow Creek Mennonite church, with Rev. Peter Wiebe in charge. Burial in the adjoining cemetery.
