FRANK F. WALTER

Frank F. Walter, age 72, was born in Freeman, S. D. April 9, 1888. He was baptized in 1913 and became a member of the K.M.B. church near Bridgewater.

On May 16, 1915 he was married to Susie Wipf of Dinuba, Calif. In 1932 they moved from Freeman, S. D. to Dinuba, Calif. where he resided until his death. Here he joined the Nazarene Church.

He had been in good health up to about 40 days before his death. When he learned he had cancer of the lungs, he underwent an operation, but the disease had spread over the lungs. The operation was at St. Agnes Hospital in Fresno. After a week in the hospital he was taken home where the wife and children did all they could for him until his passing away March 11.

He was a carpenter and was always busy. He was a regular church goer, never missing a service. His aim was to do what was right in God's sight.

He leaves his widow, Susie, one son, Joe Walter of Hayward, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. Viola Janzen, Corn, Okla., Mrs. Barbara Burch, Richmond, Colo., Mrs. Janlee Seaward, Kingsbury, Colo.; 14 grandchildren; two brothers, Paul Walter of Huron, S. D. and Jacob F. Walter of Freeman, S. D.; and one sister, Justina Walter, Bridgewater, S. D. May God bless those left behind.
