LIFE OF 100 YEARS COMES TO A CLOSE

Centenarian of Buhler, Kansas Passed to Reward Last Week.

A life spanning 101 years came to a close on Wednesday, June 15, when Mrs. Peter Wall of Buhler passed away at her home in that city.

Previous to her death Mrs. Wall was perhaps the oldest living member of a Mennonite church in this country. She was born on Jan. 20, 1937 [sic 1837], at Altenau, Russia, and grew to womanhood there. In 1856 she married Rev. Peter Wall, who preceded her in death 26 years ago.

Funeral services were held last Sunday at the Mennonite brethren church in Buhler, conducted by her pastor, Rev. P. R. Lange.
