NEWTON & VICINITY

● Martha R. Voth, 91, of Goessel, a homemaker, died on Nov. 19 at Bethesda Home, Goessel. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. at Alexanderwohl Mennonite Church near Goessel, with Orlando Waltner officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A native of Marion County, she was a rural Goessel resident until 1945, when she moved to Newton. She moved to Goessel in 1974. Survivors include her husband, David, of Bethesda Home, Goessel; four sons, Orlando of Goessel, Paul of Moab, Utah, Milo of Lynden, Wash., and Irvin of near Newton; seven brothers, J. C. Reimer of Goessel, Rudolph Reimer, Dallas, Ore., Ernest Reimer, Omaha, Neb., Herman Reimer, North Newton, Kan., Karl Reimer, Hillsboro, Waldo Reimer, Hutchinson, and Arnold Reimer, Reedley, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Mary Wiens, Inman; 23 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren. Two sons, Wesley and Orville, preceded her in death.
