— A baby boy, David John, was born to Mr. and Mrs. Ed Voth of Newton las [sic] Friday, but to the deep sorrow of the parents the infant passed away about twelve hours later. Funeral took place on Saturday afternoon. A short service was held at the home, conducted by Rev. A. Warkentin and Rev. J. E. Entz, after which interment was made in the Tabor church cemetery north of Newton.
