WELL KNOWN BANKER CALLED BY DEATH
Pretty Prairie, Kans. — Funeral services were held at the Methodist church here on Jan. 9 for Dan A. Voran, 68, president of the State bank and a leader in community affairs for many years. He died at the Halstead hospital Jan. 6 after a two-month illness.
Mr. Voran was born at Moundridge. Kans. on Feb. 14, 1881. He had been associated with the local bank for nearly 43 years.
