DIES OF HEART ATTACK AT CHURCH SERVICE
Berne, Ind. — Mrs. Ida von Gunten, 61, died suddenly of a heart attack while attending the morning services at the First Mennonite church here on Sunday, June 26.
She suffered the fatal attack during the communion prayer, and was carried from the church by her husband, Dr. Rufus von Gunten.
Surviving her besides her husband are a daughter, Mrs. James T. Wright of Albuquerque, N. M., and two sons, Fred von Gunten, manager of the Mennonite Book Concern, and James von Gunten, also of Berne.
