ISABEL VINCE
Isabel Vince of Surrey, B.C died Mar. 10. She was born Mar. 29, 1950. She attracted many people to herself by her acceptance and kindness. She was full of laughter, was a great mom and an encourager. She is mourned by her husband Michael; daughters Heather, Kathleen and Elizabeth.
