● W. W. Unruh of Goessel died Apr. 6 in Newton at the age of 85. Services were conducted by Ronald Krehbiel at the Alexanderwohl Mennonite Church near Goessel on Apr. 10. Unruh's wife, the former Martha Richert, whom he married i 1921, survives. Other survivors include a son, Olin of rural Hillsboro; a daughter, Lucilla Funk of Hillsboro; a sister, Agnes Bartel of Greensburg; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
