Kidron, Ohio. — Investigation, which began when the postman told a neighbor the mail was piling up at the clinic of Dr. Stanley Tschantz in New Philadelphia, led to the discovery of the 52-year-old veterinarian's body in his office on Aug. 8.
Exact time of Dr. Tschantz' death could not be immediately determined.
Born in Dalton, a son of the late Amos and Minnie Tschantz, he had formerly been a member of the Salem Mennonite church. he moved to new Philadelphia eight years ago.
Burial was in the Salem Church cemetery on Saturday, Aug. 10, with Rev. Heinz Janzen in charge.
