13 MONTH OLD CHILD DIED OF DIPHTHERIA
Hartville, Ohio. — Six families in the Amish community near here were quarantined for a brief period recently after an illness diagnosed as diphtheria claimed the life of 13-month-old Mary Catherine Troyer, daughter of Noah B. Troyers.
Private funeral services for the child were held Feb. 13. The Troyer family remained under quarantine for some time.
