OHIO YOUTH KILLED, THREE INJURED WHEN CAR STRIKES POLE

Sugarcreek, Ohio. — Funeral services were held at the Pleasant View Conservative A. M. church, Berlin, on July 21 for Eli D. Troyer, 24, who was killed instantly early Sunday morning when the car he was driving crashed into a pole on Route 250. The fatal accident took place on a curve west of Wilmont.

Injured in the crash were Eli Raber, 18, and Wayne Schlabach, 20, both of whom had forehead injuries, and Roman Miller, 22, who had a broken wrist. Alvin Troyer, 22, brother of the driver, was not hurt. The youth is survived by his parents, Dan Troyers, four brothers and five sisters.
