— The mortal remains of Peter Toews, former resident of Newton who passed away at his home at Lyons last Sunday, were brought to Newton Tuesday for burial in the Greenwood cemetery. Mr. Toews had formerly been an associate of the Newton milling company, until he moved to Lyons a number of years ago.
