Memorial Services For Drowning Victim

Lancaster, Pa. — Memorial services for Edgar H. Taylor, who lost his life by drowning while visiting his missionary daughter in Honduras, were held at the Frazer Mennonite Church on Aug. 18. Marcus Swanenburg and Milton G. Brackbill officiated.

Mr. and Mrs. Taylor, parents of Dora Taylor, were accompanied to the Central American country by Mr. and Mrs. J. Clarence Garber, whose daughter Jean Garber also is a missionary there. All six were riding in a "dugout" motorboat in the ocean off Trujillo when it capsized. The others were all rescued. Burial services for Mr. Taylor were held in Honduras the day after the accident.

Surviving in addition to Mrs. Taylor and daughter Dora, who have now returned here, are three other daughters and one son.
