Ruth Irene (Mrs. John) Swartzendruber, 91, Greencroft, died May 12 at Greencroft Nursing Center, where she had been a patient since January 1982. She and her husband were the first couple to move into the Greencroft complex in August 1967. Services were held at the North Goshen Mennonite Church, where she was a member. Darrell Hostetler, pastor at North Goshen, and Russell Krabill officiated.
