Karoline Zerger Stucky was born to Jacob J. Zerger near Moundridge, Kan. on Sept. 27, 1889. She passed away in her home in Monroe, Wash. on Sept. 13, 1963.

She moved to Washita County, Okla. as a child of seven years and attended the Springfield School, north of Corn, Okla. and later moved to Caddo County. She was baptized by Rev. N. R. Kaufman and joined the church there near Eakly.

She took active part in the church work until 1956, when she suffered a stroke which left her unable to walk for the rest of her life. She was very patient in her years of suffering.

In March, 1963 we were privileged to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary in Pretty Prairie, Kan. with all our children present.
