JACOB L. STOLZFUS

Jacob L. Stolzfus, 34, who had been ill two weeks, died at 12:45 a. m. Sept 18 in Elkhart, Ind. General hospital. He lived six miles southeast of Nappanee, Ind.

He was born in Ronks, Pa., July 4, 1914, a son of Amos V. and Fannie (Lapp) Stolzfus, and married Alma Yoder at Nappanee on Nov. 21, 1940.

Surviving besides the widow and his parents, who still reside at Ronks, are a son, Allan, and two daughters, Carol and Elma, both at home; five brothers, Gideon M., of Staunton, Va., Amos C. Jr., of Gray Stone Park, N. J., and Christ, Elan and Jonathan, all of Ronks, and three sisters, Mrs. John Rliel of Gordenville, Pa., and the Misses Sarah and Hannah Stolzfus of Ronks.

Services were held at 10 a. m. Tuesday, Sept 21, at the Ben Mullett home five miles southeast of Nappanee. Burial was made in the Amish cemetery on the Graber farm, 8 ½ miles southeast of Nappanee.
